2021 Season.

Well, it is at last the spring Equinox. With the increasing light and hopefully warm weather the fun begins. Despite my advancing years I am still very much up for it. Time to get out and stuck in. Hail the Sabbat!

Amen to that! Like you, Cristy, years are adding on. But lately took up fasting - supposed to halt aging. Did a 72 hour fast last week and feel fantastic. Google it!

That sounds a bit drastic!!. I am sure we eat too much but, 72 hours!!!. I hope this does not include drink

Yep, drink was included - nothing but Adam's ale - good old H2O! Mind you, I made up for it when the 72 hours was up!

Still sounds like too much of a shock to the system. I have just finished the last of me Cider Six months of two pints a night is about normal. The young Nettles look good so I shall be at em before long.
